- Using Free Weights has allowed me to see and correct weaknesses/over compensatory patterns that lead to injury by doing unilateral (single sided) exercises, it literally balances me out…
- My core strength has dramatically increased since I started training weights regularly,this is something I know I will be thankful for in my later years of life.. aka injury prevention.
- Having stronger, leaner muscles literally gives me more energy for the other things in life! The small things, like cleaning the house, running after your children & lugging groceries around, therefore I feel I have more to give outwardly in my days, rather than wanting to nap several times a day…
- My metabolism is more efficient. I feel hunger pangs on cue, at times when I am meant to have meals – and it feels nice to know I am fueling the fire…
- I look better! vain I know. But it’s the truth!! Who doesn’t want to look & feel sexy.
- My posture has improved & my balance is far better.. I walk more efficiently, by activating my postural muscles all day & that feels pretty damn nice!
- I am a nicer person for it! No just a benefit to myself, but to everyone else.
