IN LIGHT OF THE CURRENT COVID19 CIRCUMSTANCES I HAVE TAKEN ALL TRAINING LIVE & ONLINE. I AM STILL HERE FOR YOU!
I will be using the varied skills I have gathered over the years to bring you a mindfully curated work out inclusive of grounding & breathing exercises, meditation, and moderate to high intensity movement to challenge & strengthen you. All classes, and private sessions will be taking in to account the current pressures we are under physically and emotionally in order to bring you back in to balance, strength and to anchor you in to your body so you can better show up in your world!
Sessions are aimed to increase physical and mental resilience, strengthening your immune system, activating your lymphatics and boosting your energy levels to experience a more heightened sense of well being for both mind and body.
Group Class Descriptions:
Strong & Centered: This is a space to release your stresses, build your physical strength, and to find some inner stillness through strong physical movement. A medium-high intensity workout using body resistance (and the odd house hold prop) this class is aimed to challenge your physical body, while simultaneously grounding you in the here and now!
Release & Restored: A moderately challenging mat class when you don’t have much to give but know it’s in your best interest to show up and move your body. Here we focus on form, slowing you right down, bringing your focus in to your body and breath, whilst improving your strength. The second half of this class will be completely restorative, helping to release muscle tension, calm your nervous system and stretch out your tired, tight muscles.
Community Class: This class is offered via your donation and is my way of giving back to the community in this challenging time, for those in need but are feeling the financial pinch. These classes will be a moderately paced workout, inclusive of a stretching component, and a moment in a mindfulness meditation to access a full mind, body release.

All private sessions are tailored to suit the individual’s needs on an ongoing, ever changing week to week basis. If you are looking to work together privately, please get in touch!
What do you need for an online session?
Classes are run via ZOOM. So firstly, you will need to download the app to your chosen device, and before each class, you will be sent a link to join the session which you will connect to at the designated time of our session. There will be times when I may request you find a prop, from a chair, or tennis call, to a can of baked beans. But simply, you will need a slice of space to roll out your mat or lay down your towel and your computer, or device you will be using.
Please show up online on time, if you’re a tad tech challenged like myself, give yourself a few extra minutes to follow the link and get acquainted, and all set up for your work out. x
